I founded Double You IT Training & Consultancy to support leaders and organisations in navigating growth, change, and increasing complexity through effective leadership, strategy, and organisational development.

With over 40 years of experience in IT and transformation, I work at the intersection of strategy and execution, connecting people, processes, technology, and purpose to create lasting impact.

My background spans leadership, governance, portfolio management, and IT service delivery, always combining a strong focus on results with a people‑centred approach.

Through Double You IT Training & Consultancy, I focus on developing the next generation of leaders, equipping them with the mindset, structure, and skills to lead with confidence, clarity, and impact in a fast‑changing world.

Together with a business partner, I co-developed the IMPACT Leadership Model and shaped Drive2IMPACT as our joint leadership proposition for training and consultancy. Built on the IMPACT model and the complementary strengths of two experienced consultants, Drive2IMPACT provides a shared way of working in both joint and individual leadership engagements. It serves as a platform for collaboration, ongoing reflection, and sparring. By combining our expertise in leadership development, organisational change, and execution at scale, we support leaders and leadership teams in translating ambition into sustainable impact.

How I Lead

What do I expect from people?

Take responsibility. Show decisiveness. But also find joy in what you do, build meaningful connections, and be there for one another. Not from behind a desk, but by being visible and approachable on the work floor, in practice.

Leadership means being consciously present, observing what’s really happening, asking questions not to judge but to understand and help.

That is leadership in action.

Leadership in flow means being present, purposeful, and connected, enabling others to succeed while keeping focus on what truly matters.

Why I Do This

When I started out as a young manager, I lacked guidance, no sparring partner, no direction, no foundation. It shaped me, but it also made me struggle. That’s exactly why I now strongly believe in what has become my personal credo: helping others to be successful.

Throughout my career, I’ve guided, coached, and developed dozens of people. The greatest compliment I ever received came from someone who once started in my team as a young professional and is now a CTO. In a LinkedIn post , he mentioned me personally alongside a few others and wrote:

“They believed in me before I believed in myself. They probably don’t even realize the impact they had on me and my career. They did this selflessly.”

Those words touched me deeply and they continue to remind me why I do what I do.

What I Promise

I don’t just talk about leadership, I help leaders apply it directly to their reality.

Every engagement, every conversation, and every reflection is designed to support growth and enable real, sustainable impact.

For yourself, your team, and your organisation.
